Ms. Tabachnick has used her considerable organizational skills to build a career around the mission of combating violence. She has taken what has been learned from the research on violence and translated it into Public Education, Local State and National policy initiatives and Program Development. She has a unique skill of turning information into action. Of particular relevance is her work on helping communities through a cultural evolution into neighborhoods where by-standers do not tolerate violence. Ms Tabachnick will take the lead on organizing the data collected into recommendations for prevention strategies that PHD can initiate/and/or lead.
